  • Our standard rental period is 3 days unless otherwise discussed during booking.

  • Yes. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the gown selected.

  • Late returns are subject to a $40 per day late fee.

  • At this time, rentals are pickup only in North Bay, Ontario.
    Shipping may be available for select custom purchase orders.

  • Yes. Princess Boutique offers custom gown ordering for children, tweens, teens, and adults.

  • Most custom orders require:

    • approximately 1-2 weeks production time

    • plus estimated shipping/delivery time

    Timelines may vary depending on the gown.

  • Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our gowns, all custom order sales are final.

  • Yes. Select gowns featured by Princess Boutique are available for purchase in addition to rentals.

    Clients may also have the opportunity to purchase select rental gowns depending on availability.

    All purchased gowns are specially ordered or prepared for each client. Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the gown and customization selected.

    Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of purchased gowns, all sales are final once the order has been placed.

  • Yes. Our bridal line, Forever Bloom Bridal, offers luxury custom bridal gowns designed with timeless elegance and romantic detail.

  • All bridal gowns are custom ordered through Princess Boutique based on your custom sizing.

    Princess Boutique offers flexible payment plan options for bridal orders. Once the gown has been paid in full, the order will officially be placed and production will begin.

    If a client chooses to cancel before the gown has been ordered, any payments made toward the gown will be refunded. Once a gown has been officially ordered and production has begun, all sales become final due to the custom nature of the order.

  • Yes. Princess Boutique welcomes collaborations with photographers and creatives for styled sessions and promotional projects.
